From 2002 to 2003, the band OrgYpOp consisted of three core musicians: Itsik Romano as the lead vocalist and guitarist, occasionally performing solos on the keys; Mike Rien on drums and backup vocals; and alternating on bass were Tone-E and Phil. The band toured some of Montreal's best nightclubs and live music venues, connecting with music fans and fellow musicians alike.

The band headed into the studio to record seven original tracks, along with a few cover songs, including "Forever Young," "Over the Rainbow," and "Sad Lisa," all of which are featured on the album 3-Some.
